The PCL854 is a the modern pilot controlled airport lighting system for use by small & large airports, designed to meet the type I style A FAA requirements. Pilots activate airport lighting systems using their airborne transmitters via “Clicks”. A Click is a short transmission, a blip of a transmission, that this ground based device hears and recognizes as a pilot trying to activate the lights. After a few clicks, the system activates the lights for a period of time, usually 15 minutes. Also allows for secure internet runway light activation.
Unit is shipped with an attachable telescoping indoor antenna, power supply, USA 110v 3 prong power cord, DC power cord, and wall mount.
International customers may purchase separately, from a local provider, or have on hand, a usable power cord similar to this, only with your correct outlet fitting, with a pigtail, properly rated for the load of 25 watts for the power supply that comes with this unit.
